Ashley was the Alliance Manager for one of our key collaborations with a US based not-for profit organisation focused on advancing Rare Disease therapeutics. This was a unique pharma-academic collaboration involving multiple stakeholders at both many renowned institutions and within the company. Early on in the collaboration Ashley became a strong internal champion of the project ensuring communication of progress, identifying bottlenecks and proactively looking for solutions. He invested in building strong internal relationships to get the alliance resourced and well understood by the research organisation. Further, he built trust and the confidence of the partner at a senior level in the company’s ability to deliver on agreed milestone which he negotiated. Ashley has demonstrated skills such as trust, diplomacy, and organisation coupled with a drive to achieve results.
